Terms & risk disclosure
Last updated: August 2026
What this is
SentryFoE automates Guild Battlegrounds actions in Forge of Empires - selecting targets, timing
attacks, managing your army line-up, and sending notifications - by calling the game's own service
methods the way the client itself does.
This violates Forge of Empires' Terms of Service
Automating gameplay is against InnoGames' rules for Forge of Empires. Using this tool is done entirely
at your own risk. Possible consequences include warnings, temporary restrictions, or permanent loss of
your account, at InnoGames' discretion. We have no ability to prevent, predict, or reverse any action
InnoGames takes against your account.
Specifically, what "at your own risk" means here
This section explains the actual mechanics rather than restating the warning above - it's not a
promise of safety, and nothing here removes the risk in the section above. It exists because "be
careful" isn't something you can actually evaluate without knowing what the tool does.
- No forged requests. SentryFoE doesn't build or sign its own calls to the game server. It
finds the running game client's own live service objects in memory and calls their real methods -
the same code path your own clicks trigger. There's no separate request-crafting logic sitting
alongside normal play for anti-cheat systems to single out.
- Paced, jittered timing. Every action runs on a delay you set, with randomized jitter added
on top by default - not a fixed interval, and not instant. Timing is built to resemble someone
clicking through targets, not a script firing on a clock.
- Attrition and errors are visible, not hidden. The panel shows a live attrition percentage
and error count for the current run. If something looks wrong mid-run, you see it in the moment and
can stop - this isn't a tool you start and walk away from blind.
None of this makes automation undetectable, sanctioned, or free of consequences. It's why we believe
this is meaningfully lower-risk than a naive script that fires requests on a fixed timer - not a claim
that it's risk-free. The section above still applies in full.
No warranty
This is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it will work correctly, continuously, or at all - Forge of
Empires can change its client at any time in a way that breaks this tool without notice. We aren't
liable for lost progress, lost resources, or any other in-game or account consequence.
Your account with us
- One license covers one device at a time. Sharing a login to run it on multiple machines
simultaneously isn't permitted and may be treated as abuse (see single-device binding).
- We can revoke a specific build or an entire account, including for suspected sharing, resale, abuse,
or non-payment (see Trial, subscription and billing below).
Trial, subscription and billing
- Free trial. Verifying your email address starts a 14-day free trial, once per
account. No payment details are required for it. When it ends, the software stops working
until a licence is activated.
- Subscription. A licence is 10 USD per calendar month, charged in advance, and renews
automatically each month until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive
or store your card details.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the
next renewal - your licence stays active until the end of the period you have already paid
for, and is not cut short.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, the licence stays active for a short grace
period while the payment is retried. If it still fails, the licence lapses. Your account,
settings and build history are kept, so activating again restores everything.
- Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any price
change affecting an existing subscription. You can cancel before it takes effect.
- Refunds. The 14-day trial exists so you can judge the product before paying, and is
the reason this policy is short: we do not offer refunds for a month already started.
If the software is broken and we cannot fix it, contact us and we will deal with it fairly
rather than hide behind this clause.
- EU consumers and the right of withdrawal. This is digital content supplied
immediately. By activating a licence you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge that
you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun. The free trial means
nothing is bought sight-unseen.
- Revocation. We can revoke a specific build or an entire account for suspected
sharing, resale or abuse. Where we revoke an account for one of those reasons, no refund is
due.
Data
We store your email, a hashed password (never the password itself), and technical data needed to run
licensing: which device your license is bound to, when it last checked in, and which build zips have
been issued to your account. We don't send marketing email and don't share your data with anyone else.
Changes
These terms can change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
